Chef Keizo Shimamoto Makes Ramen Burgers With Conan O'Brien

Last week Keizo Shimamoto, Ramen Chef and owner of Ramen Co., paid a visit to the Conan O'Brien show to cook up some of his infamous Ramen Burgers.

What ensued was a hilarious sketch. Host Conan O'Brien tried his best to coax Chef Keizo into revealing the secret to making the Ramen bun as well as sharing the ingredients of his secret sauce to no avail.

After learning the history of the Ramen Burger, Conan got to taste Chef Keizo's legendary masterpiece for the first time. He agreed; it's delicious.

Harri's Back of House Portfolio Fair at Ramen.Co

What better way to start your Saturday than by sprucing up your new Harri Portfolio and eating free ramen burgers? Over the weekend, Harri hosted the first (of many) Back of House Portfolio Fair at Ramen.Co.

Members who attended the workshop received a brief overview of the new Harri Portfolio, received a ton of helpful tips on how to stand out from the crowd, took brand new profile pictures, and even got to work one-on-one with the Harri Team to update their Portfolio on the spot!

To recap, everyone who attended learned that with the new Harri Portfolio you can:

• Upload a media gallery of up to 30 images & videos (and even include a text description)
• Copy & Paste your unique Portfolio URL to apply for jobs outside of Harri
• Use our sharing tools to easily show off to your colleagues, friends, and family on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest and via Email

Harri to Host Portfolio Fair at Ramen.Co

Harri.com recently launched a brand new member profile, known as the Harri Portfolio. In honor of the exciting new features, Harri will host its first ever Portfolio Fair, a workshop to help you make the most of your new portfolio, as well as network with other industry professionals.  You can register here.

The event will be held on Saturday, May 17th from 11AM - 3PM at Ramen.Co, which will include 4 one-hour sessions. Each session include taking a professional photo, a brief portfolio tutorial, the ability to edit your portfolio on the spot, an opportunity to network with other industry professionals, and of course a few free Ramen Burgers.

You will also have the opportunity to take a professional portfolio photo, so be sure to dress to impress!

Harri successfully staffs entire Ramen.Co team

A Harri success story from a trendy, new fast-casual concept. Ramen.Co, the new home of the Ramen Burger by Chef Keizo Shimamoto, just opened in the Financial District, exclusively using Harri to hire their entire FOH and BOH staff.

Marcos, Ramen.Co's general manager, said Harri provided him with a wide variety of job seekers for line cook, cashier, and host positions: "Everyone was very excited to be a part of this new restaurant concept." Marcos said the pictures on Ramen.Co's Harri profile helped applicants better understand the new concept's vibe.

It took him just one week to hire the entire staff, including time spent posting jobs, reviewing and messaging candidates on Harri, and hosting interviews. He is especially pleased with the quality of applicants he both interviewed and hired for his Back of House positions.
